God of Love, God of Wrath?

I am impressed again at Paul's teaching on the Love of God and the Wrath of God.   

The Kindness of God leads men to repentance.... 2:4  
But if unrepentant.... God's wrath and righteous judgment. 2:5 
And the only way of right standing with God is faith in His provision for my sin... Jesus. 3:27-31   
For this is the repentance that is required. 
It's all in Romans 2 and 3

Love and Kindness.  Judgement and Wrath.   Same God. 
And provision for me to choose.

....Faith in Jesus.
I trust my life on it.
