Just kids....?

This morning I read a reminder of the heart of God
             ...towards children.        
Jesus became INDIGNANT 
when He saw the disciples 
try to send the children away.      
- see Mark 10:13-16       
the greek word is the compound of;    
MUCH + DISPLEASED        

Jesus - Master of the Universe   
Jesus - Lover of Our Souls  
Jesus - the most important person of the Cosmos  
is NOT happy
when the little children are pushed away.

and my week at Camp Bob
reminded me of God's heart for Kids.....

They are
much more important to God
than I sometimes....
act....  :(

Kids that;
- interrupt
- have annoying habits
- fixate on non issues
- are socially inappropriate
- did I mention interrupt.... (adults)

and these same kids
have a super important place in the Heart of God
....He delights in them.

and I got to see that
in action this last week.

Kids asking about God
Kids excited about Jesus
Kids feeling the gravity of decisions
to give their lives to Him
Kids who are tentatively trusting Him
for the first time even though their world
has told them God doesn't exist.....

Wow.
What a privilege
to be used as a part of an amazing team of
fellow servants
to Join with Jesus
to welcome the little children.

Yeah.

Thank You Lord
for this week
of being a part
of Your Heart
to
children.
