Missing Instructions.

This morning I heard 2 distinctly different scriptures.

Leviticus 20: 26  But you shall keep my (God’s) statutes and rules…..
28  lest the land vomit you out when you make it unclean,
as it vomited out the nation that was before you.

And just 84 years later - the events of a Levite, his concubine, and the killing of well over 65,000 people summed up by:

Judges 21:25 In those days Israel had no king: everyone did what was right in his own eyes.

This so instructed my heart to be careful.
I too can easily miss God's clear instructions.
