THAT root makes THAT fruit...

A wise man taught me a Kingdom Principle yesterday.    
One about Fruit.     

Fruit is the production of more of the same.   
it is always 'like unto like'  
in other words the Fruit is the same as what it grew from....     

So.... if I approach a conflict with my heart hurt and angry....    
and I 'need' to vent that way....

The fruit of that communication will very likely be
more hurt
more anger.....

Hmmm....

or if I approach a conflict with curiosity....
- to know what the other person's journey has been like...
- to bless them to grow and reach their potential
- to be thankful that the conflict is being worked through...
- with humility knowing I also have a part to play in it...

The Fruit will likely be:
- Growth
- Thankfulness
- Increased communication
- Desire from all parties to reach their potential...

Same conflict
Different fruit.

This morning I read about that....
Jesus often answered questions with questions.
Because for Him the Issue was Motivation
which often had very little to do with the initial question....

Mark 10:1-12 They came to Him and asked,
"Is is lawful for a man to divorce his wife?"

The question came from a 'root' of Self Centeredness
Jesus would not let them stay in that place.
He called them away from SELF
- away from their 'rights'
and towards
the Creator's desire...
What did The Father 'see' when He made
Man and Woman
- made them One Flesh?

Jesus question came from the
Root of the Father's Heart of Love....
the Root that calls Marriage to Reflect the desire of the creator...
Marriage that produces fruit
that looks like..... The Father, Son and Holy Spirit

Kingdom Root
Kingdom Fruit

O Lord,
I want to live in this paradigm.
Good Fruit
Blessing Fruit
Kingdom Fruit

not critical angry fruit
'all-about-me' Fruit

Thank You for the Revelation
to my heart
about the situations around me
- I have a choice
of what I 'grow'

By Your Strength
and Wisdom
Teaching me
today.

Yeah.
