Thats right. .....isn't it?

This morning I read a Proverb of Solomon     
"There is a way that seems right to a man
but ends in death" Pr 14:12     

I wonder when he wrote this?    

This morning I also read about Solomon's wives....

SEVEN HUNDRED women!
and 300 concubines!   
WHAT!?.....

and God said long before
don't do that.
Especially don't marry those of foreign customs and 'gods'
or they will lead you astray.

And he did.
And they did.

I read it in 1 King 11:1-10

So that's why I wondered
when he wrote that Proverb.
Before
or after....?

Hmmm.....

Lord,
What is in my head
and heart
that I justify
that is 'right' to me
and not to You?

Open my eyes today
to my choosing ME
and not You.
and what You have said.

I want You..
I want Life
