Good day, Black Creeker children of God most High,  

This week I didn't fall into Roberts Lake, 
 but I did work on some tent platforms at Camp Bob with a friend.
There is something very satisfying about working together to help do something that needs to be done.
When God put Adam in charge of looking after the garden, He said, 
'it is not good for man to be alone'.... 
and He gave him Eve - a helper.  Genesis 2:15-25
There is something good about doing life
Together.   

This summer I challenge myself to intentionally spend more time with Friends
- A campout 
- Supper on the deck 
- Plan a day away
- Evening hanging out
- An unhurried phone call
- A letter to say how much I appreciate them.   

Last Sunday was our Church Picnic.
I chatted with some visitors who took the plunge and stayed for the picnic.
 Well done church!  They felt so included and had a great time.
Now we have some new friends!  

 1 Thessalonians 5:11  Therefore encourage one another and build one another up,  just as you are doing.  

Reach out, 
plan for friendship,
Enjoy the fruit of community.
