Interesting thoughts this morning around Jesus' words
about the activity of our enemy, Satan.
In Luke 10:18 Jesus sees Satan fall from heaven
and He rejoiced Exceedingly.
and this morning I read Luke 22:31 Where Jesus tells Peter that,
"Satan has asked to sift you like wheat."
Revelation tells me that:
12:10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say:
"Now have come the salvation
and the power
and the kingdom of our God,
and the authority of his Christ.
For the accuser of our brothers,
who accuses them before our God day and night,
has been hurled down.
11 They overcame him by
the blood of the Lamb
and by the word of their testimony;
they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.
12 Therefore rejoice, you heavens
and you who dwell in them!
But woe to the earth and the sea,
because the devil has gone down to you!
He is filled with fury,
because he knows that his time is short."
Very interesting.
My enemy's time is short.
Be aware
But Jesus prayed for Peter then
and He intercedes for me now.
Lord Jesus,
- Your Blood
- the declaration of the story of My Life
Everything in Your hands
Even when my enemy's time is short.
I am not afraid.
for You are my rod and my staff.
Blessed be Your name
O Lord most High.
King Jesus
Sovereign over all.
My Commander
My Defender
for the
Battle
Today.
Yes.
