Leading

Moses felt the weight of leading.... "I cannot carry all these people by myself; the burden is too heavy for me..."  and the Lord said, ".... bring 70 leaders of the people.... and I will take of the Spirit that is on you and put the Spirit on them.... so you won't have to carry the burden alone." Numbers 11:10-17

It makes me ask, what am I carrying that I should be asking God to bring others to be filled with His Spirit to help?
