Not a place..... ....a person.

This morning read and pondered Thomas' question;  
"We don't know where you are going 
how can we know the way....?"        
Jesus responded;
"I am    
     The Way    
         The Truth    
             The Life"   
John 14:5-6       

I was thinking about that.    
Thomas was asking for 'street directions'....    
"Where are you going.... and how do we get there?"

Jesus was talking about a different paradigm
- not how to
walk,
drive,
boat,
fly
to get to a
....place
a destination.....
but
How to

BE

in this moment
and the next
for eternity....

Wow.  Trying to wrap my head around that... :P

Not a arrival
and now I am
done...
but a way of Being.....
always.

Later on Jesus said,
'Eternal life is to Know
the father and me'. John 17:3
Not a 'pill' that makes me
live forever
Not a paradise that is sitting on a beach
forever
but a

'way of living'
that is an
every moment...
...forever
  A knowing
         believing
              trusting
        relying on
    receiving from
working with
                 talking to
                       rejoicing in
                          worshiping
                 loving back
           super filled by
     overflowing out of
the One who is glorious
and loves me
and wants to partner with me
to manage His creation...
forever...

Wow.

O Lord Jesus
I want
that....

...I want
You.

Yes.
