Not too difficult....

This morning I was thinking of what I wrote yesterday....   
and Moses must have been too....   :)   

He writes: 
Deut 30:11 Now what I am commanding you today
is not too difficult for you
or beyond your reach.    
12 It is not up in heaven,
so that you have to ask,
"Who will ascend into heaven to get it
and proclaim it to us so that we may obey it?"
13 Nor is it beyond the sea,
so that you have to ask,
"Who will cross the sea to get it
and proclaim it to us so that we may obey it?"
14 No, the word is very near you;
it is in your mouth
and in your heart
so that you may obey it.

This Word....
In my mouth
In my heart

Paul says this is 'Righteousness by Faith'
That as I confess
and believe
something happens
I actually receive power and freedom
to escape my sin nature
to be released to do what God has planned for me all along...
Righteousness
see Rom 10:5-13

I can actually choose to
put off my old self that is Death
and put on my new self that is Life
see Eph 4:22-24

Lord Jesus,
This is the revolution You came to proclaim
You came to complete
You came to deliver

Power over sin and death
Destruction of the devil's work

Thank You for making this
not too difficult.

In fact,
it's easy....
