Waiting

Simeon was a man that God told, the Messiah would come before he died..... 
How did he live in those days and years before he saw Him?  Did he 'wait by the phone' or did he get on with life... knowing that God would not let him miss what He promised?

Luke 2:27 Moved by the Spirit, he went into the temple courts. When the parents brought in the child Jesus...... 28 Simeon took him in his arms and praised God...
