Just read, 'In those days Israel had no king; everyone did what was right in his own eyes.'  Judges 17:6 also 21:25

And what was right for some was just....  WRONG.  Really Wrong.
Most events in Judges are not children's bedtime stories.

My heart grieves for this nation that God loved and guided, yet they blindly walked into dysfunction and outright evil.
And now as then 'saviours' rise up to rescue.... but hearts are not really changed.

Oh Lord, rescue us, for we are a wayward and lost people without you.
Transform our hearts that we would truly live.
