one breath...... and then another....

This morning I was intrigued by a verse from Proverbs....       

20:27 The spirit of man is the lamp of the LORD, 
searching all his innermost parts. (ESV)     
or  
20:27 The spirit of man is the candle of the LORD,
searching all the inward parts of the belly. (KJV)         

Spirit -> Breath, life           

I met a man who while mountaineering in Switzerland
fell to what he thought was going to be his death...        

He told me this story afterwards:
- He had been a 'staunch' atheist up until that time....
but as he fell, his thoughts were of God....
In fact he may have even cried out to God....
and afterwards he pondered that...
.....What was in a man so deep and even hidden
that at the brush of death...
Revealed....
He didn't see it as a flaw, mistake or
random....
but a CLUE...
that there WAS something, someone
and that 'message' was woven into the very fabric of his Life...

Within My Spirit..
My 'DNA.
You seek me Lord....
You speak to me
You reveal who I am
in the Light of
Who You are...
Revelation....

Thank You Lord,
Creator,
Master,
Lover.

The one who gave me
breath....
